PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor capable of reducing a cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: A conductor 10 comprises: an electric wire 11 in which a circumference of a conductor part 12 is covered with an insulating layer 13; and a flexible conductive member 14 having a cylindrical electric wire connecting part 15 into which the conductor part 12 exposed from the insulating layer 13 at a terminal part of the electric wire 11 is inserted. The electric wire connecting part 15 and the conductor part 12 are electrically connected with each other, and the conductor part 12 of the electric wire 11 and the flexible conductive member 14 can be connected with each other without providing a relay member between the electric wire 11 and the flexible conductive member 14.
