PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of predicting failure of a motor or a load connected with the motor in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A motor control device controls drive of a motor 104 that drives a load 105, and includes storage means 101 which stores: a generation condition of a driving signal for driving the motor; and a reference rise time that is preset as a time period from a time when the motor starts driving on the basis of the driving signal generated under the generation condition to a time when the motor reaches a reference rotational speed. The motor control device further includes; measurement means 107 for measuring a rise time being a time period from a time when the motor starts driving on the basis of the driving signals to a time when the motor reaches the reference rotational speed; and failure prediction means 108 for predicting failure of the motor or the load on the basis of comparison between the rise time and the reference rise time. |
