According to the present invention, a hydraulic brake apparatus for an automatic transmission is disclosed. According to the present invention, the hydraulic brake apparatus for an automatic transmission comprises: a rear cover having an accommodating unit and a guide groove unit formed on one surface of the accommodating unit; and a brake piston having a contact unit installed to be moved as a fluid flows into the rear cover and accommodated in the accommodating unit, and a guide protrusion formed to protrude from the contact unit and inserted into the guide groove unit. The guide groove unit comprises: a first guide groove unit accommodating the guide protrusion; and a second guide groove unit formed to have a stepped portion with the first guide groove unit, and to be larger than the width of the first guide groove unit. |
