摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional operation device for micro objects capable of generating a plurality of optical trap points having uniform trapping force in real time, easily applicable to an optical microscope system as an expansion optical component and being economically advantageous, when being miniaturized and improving the accuracy.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional operation device for micro objects includes: a second image-forming optical system 2 that controls a focal length of a convertible lens 4 to control a Z-directional focal length of laser light condensed by an objective lens 3; and a first image-forming optical system 1 that is serially connected to the second image-forming optical system, controls an incident angle &thetas;of the laser light entering the objective lens 3 by a laser light deflection mechanism 5 so as to control an XY-directional focal position of the laser light condensed by the objective lens 3. The first image-forming optical system and the second image-forming optical system further include adjusting mechanisms for uniformly retaining a ratio of laser light diameter hof the laser light entering the objective lens 3 with respect to a laser light diameter hof the laser light entering the convertible lens 4.
