PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a PON relay in conformity with an OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) test in order to be capable of line monitoring of an optical access network to which the PON relay is applied.SOLUTION: A relay includes: an outgoing signal relay amplification part 14 which amplifies outgoing signals; an incoming signal relay amplification part 13 which amplifies incoming signals; an incoming/outgoing signal multiplexing/branching part 11; an incoming/outgoing signal multiplexing/branching part 12; and a test light processing part in which, when a wavelength of the outgoing signal is a predetermined signal light wavelength, the outgoing signal is outputted to the outgoing signal relay amplification part 14 and, when the wavelength of the outgoing signal is a predetermined test light wavelength, the outgoing signal is prevented from being inputted into the outgoing signal relay amplification part 14. |
