PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent voltage reduction in a power distribution network which is caused by connection of an apparatus (e.g. quick charger) having high system load.SOLUTION: When a new quick charger is added at a charge station (charge ST), addition of the quick charger is notified to a power distribution management system through a charge ST management center. Thereby, the power distribution management system can detect the installation of the quick charger. The power distribution management system calculates the maximum power which can be supplied to the new quick charger after checking a power supply state in each section of the power distribution network. By transmitting the maximum power through a charge management system, the maximum power can be notified to the charge ST. Moreover, by observing the value, instability of the power distribution network due to charge of the quick charger can be prevented. When facility of the power distribution network is updated and connection of the power distribution network is changed on the power distribution management system side, to each charge ST, the maximum power in a path to the charge ST from a power distributing substation is investigated, and, when the maximum power is changed, the update of the maximum power is notified to the charge ST side according to the change. |
