Method and device for transferring data packets

摘要

The device has a memory module to store data packets originating from networks. A unit filters and sorts the packets to determine whether the packets are intended for one network. A unit transfers the packets between the two networks when the packets are intended for the network. A unit slaves writing of a packet intended for the network into one storage unit for reading of the packet from another storage unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process for transferring data packets (b) a computer program product with program code instructions to process transfer of data packets.
