PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method capable of maintaining the physical properties of a molded part in the molding method in which, while pressing a prepreg against a stationary die as it is stretched from the central side to the outside, the prepreg is size-enlarged into a desired shape by the fit of a male mold and a female mold.SOLUTION: In the method for producing a molded part in which a prepreg including a reinforcing fiber and a thermosetting resin composition is size-enlarged by the fit of a male mold and a female mold, a cut is applied to the place of the prepreg in which stress value (Von Mises Stress) calculated by a size enlargement simulation using a nonlinear analysis software reaches 100 MPa or more by cut creation means, and then the prepreg is size-enlarged by the fit of the male mold and the female mold. |
