A device including: a unit; a unit mounting part to which the unit is mounted; a power supply circuit that wirelessly supplies power from the unit mounting part to the unit; and a current detector that detects the current flowing through the power supply circuit. The power supply circuit includes: a pair of power receiving electrodes provided to the unit; a pair of power transmitting electrodes provided to the unit mounting part; an inductor electrically connected to the pair of power transmitting electrodes; and an AC power source that applies an AC voltage to the pair of power transmitting electrodes. When the unit is mounted to the unit mounting part in the normal position, the pair of power receiving electrodes and the pair of power transmitting electrodes face each other so as to form capacitors, and the resonance frequency of the resonant circuit formed by the capacitors and inductor is substantially equivalent to the frequency of the AC voltage from the AC power source. |
