The present invention relates to a bookrest-file case, comprising: a file case main frame (10) to accommodate printed materials and to have one or more opening units (11); a main frame cover (20) including: a rear surface unit (17) which is the rear surface of the main frame (10); a side surface connecting unit (15) which covers the opening units (11); and a front surface plate (21) which covers the front surface of the main frame (10); and a supporting plate (30) connected to the front surface place (21) to be able to rotate, whose one end is supported by the rear surface unit (17) to support the front surface unit (21) to be inclined. The bookrest-file case of the present invention is used also as a bookrest by putting printed materials on the inclined front surface plate (21), and the opening units (11) are opened toward the front side of the bookrest. According to the present invention, when the file case is transformed into a bookrest, printed materials can be taken out through the opening units of the main frame in the front side to have an effect that a small drawer accommodating unit is placed on the bottom of the bookrest, which is very convenient.
