PURPOSE:To obtain colored raw yarn for non-combustible woven fabric, tinted in a coloring solution having dissolved a urethane-based resin and a pigment dyestuff to color the yarn. CONSTITUTION:Raw yarn of glass fibers is immersed in a coloring solution having dissolved a urethane-based resin and a pigment dyestuff and colored. To be concrete, for example, the raw yarn of glass fibers immersed is pulled up in a state of the coloring solution attached to the yarn, dried with hot air then heat-treated at 120-140 deg.C. |
