The present invention relates to a lost wax shakeout apparatus, and a method thereof. The shakeout apparatus of the present invention comprises: a shakeout unit (3) removing a casting mold attached to a surface of a casting (CR) by applying impact to an injection molded body (SC); a movable rack (5) which waits at a placement position (D) to accommodate a plurality of castings (CR) whose mold is removed continuously by the shakeout unit (3) in a predetermined arrangement, and finishes an accommodation of the casting (CR) and moves to a post-processing position (F) when an established condition is satisfied; a surface treatment unit (7) which performs finishing treatment of the surface of the casting (CR) accommodated in the movable rack (5); and an automatic manipulation unit (9) which transports the injection molded body (SC) on an injection position (A) to the shakeout unit (3), and transports the casting (CR) whose mold is removed in the shakeout unit to the movable rack (5) at the placing position (D) respectively. As such, the shakeout apparatus of the present invention is able to greatly improve work efficiency or product productivity, and is able to protect a worker from damages to environmental pollution since a series of processes of removing the injection molded body and removing sediments of the mold on the surface of the casting or other foreign substances clearly are automated by a conveyor for inserting and returning the automatic manipulation unit, an index table, and a transportation rail or hoist. |
