PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble jet device for improving water quality in a water storage pond efficiently with a simple constitution, and to provide a water quality improvement method for the water storage pond.SOLUTION: A plurality of bubble holes each having a valve are provided at intervals on a plurality of air supply pipes arranged in a deep water area, and a plurality of water temperature meters are arranged near each bubble hole in a shallow water area, and opening and closing of each valve provided on the bubble hole positioned near the water temperature meter are controlled based on a water temperature detected by each water temperature meter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
