When a continuous sheet (20as) to which multiple elastic members (27s) are fixed passes in the transfer direction between a cutter rotator (51d) and anvil rotator (51u) which rotate while the outer circumferential surfaces thereof face each other, multiple cutter blades (C) on the outer circumferential surface (51da) of the cutter rotator (51d) and the anvil rotator (51u) press the continuous sheet (20as) therebetween, thereby cutting the multiple elastic members (27s). There are first locations where cutter blades (C) adjacent to one another in the CD direction are continuously arranged in the CD direction, and a second location where cutter blades (C) adjacent to one another in the CD direction are discontinuously arranged in the CD direction. The space (S) between cutter blades (C) discontinuously arranged in the second location has a dimension in the CD direction that is smaller than the smallest distance of the center-to-center distances (LB27s) in the CD direction between elastic members (27s) adjacent in the CD direction among the multiple elastic members (27s). |
