The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a low-calorie sweetener. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a low-calorie sweetener, which comprises the following steps: coating sugar with stevioside; firstly drying the coated sugar; aging the firstly dried sugar; secondly drying the aged sugar; and grinding the secondly dried sugar. According to the present invention, provided is a low-calorie sweetener which is similar to sugar in taste quality and has 150-300 times the sweetness of sugar, thereby reducing the use of sugar and having an excellent sweetening effect. |
