The present invention relates to a pollutant sample collecting device which continuously collects pollutants contained in gas, wherein the gas is controlled in a predetermined temperature range after removing moisture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pollutant sample collecting device comprising: a main body unit consisting of a first body and a second body having a predetermined shape and a predetermined space unit; and a sample preprocessing unit to remove moisture contained in a sample to be collected, and control to a predetermined temperature.
