PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element, a light source head and an image formation apparatus, which inhibits variation in amount of luminescence in comparison with a case where resonance spectrum has a single main mode.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element comprises a phase shift layer 108 in which a first semiconductor layer 108A1 with a film thickness of λ/4, a second semiconductor layer 108B with a film thickness of λ/2, and a first semiconductor layer 108A2 with a film thickness of λ/4 are sequentially stacked from a substrate 102 side. Since resonance spectrum of a resonator has a plurality of modes, variation in amount of luminescence is inhibited. Accordingly, variation in temperature dependence is inhibited. |
