摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter surge-resistant insulation wire having high bonding strength between an enamel layer and an extrusion coating resin layer, high abrasion resistance, high solvent resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties to be preserved through processing, high partial discharge inception voltage, and high thermal aging resistance to be maintained for a long period, and provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The inverter surge-resistant insulation wire includes at least one baked enamel layer and one extrusion coating resin layer on the outer periphery of a conductor. The total thickness of the baked enamel layer and the extrusion coating resin layer is 50 μm or more. The thickness of the baked enamel layer is 60 μm or less. The thickness of the extrusion resin layer is 200 μm or less. The resin of the extrusion coating resin layer has a melting point of 300°C or higher. The extrusion coating resin layer has a coating crystallinity of 50% or higher. The manufacturing method of an inverter surge-resistant insulation wire includes forming an adhesion layer on the outer periphery of a baked enamel layer, and extruding a thermoplastic resin in a molten state at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the resin for use in the adhesion layer onto the adhesion layer so as to form an extrusion coating resin layer in contact with the adhesion layer.
