The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) which can easily detect and quantify CTCs. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for detecting CTCs having an inlet for injecting cells and an outlet for discharging cells comprises: a capturing substrate including a first flow path unit which is connected to the inlet and divided into multiple stages, capturing units which are individually connected to one end portion of the flow path unit and have a plurality of concave units, and second flow path units which are individually connected to one end portion of the capturing units and merged through multiple stages to be connected with the outlet; and a magnetic force generating unit including a first magnetic force generating unit positioned on one surface of the capturing substrate corresponding to the first flow path unit, and a second magnetic force generating unit positioned on the other surface of the capturing substrate corresponding to the capturing units.
