PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convergence to the same point in a lattice-shaped collimator.SOLUTION: A collimator includes: a collimator frame 16 having a shape of a portion of an annular ring; plural channel partition plates 31 that are supported by the collimator frame, are arranged radially in a circumferential direction of the annular ring and have shield properties against radiation; and plural slice partition plates 33 that are arranged radially in each gap between the channel partition plates and have shield properties against radiation. Each of the channel partition plates includes a shield plate 42 and a resin layer 43 formed on a surface of the shield plate. Plural guide grooves 35 are formed for holding the slice partition plates by the resin layer. |
