<p>beta -Lactam antibiotics of the formula <IMAGE> in which the substituents are defined in Claim 1, are prepared. These compounds are obtained by reacting corresponding cephem compounds which have the ester grouping CH2OCOCH3 in position 3 with a compound providing the radical T. The resulting compounds can be used as antibacterial agents.</p> |
