PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high polymer functional film and a method for manufacturing the same having excellent selective permeability (a transportation value), low water permeability, low electric resistance, and capable of being used for a wide application.SOLUTION: A high polymer functional film is obtained by making a composition subject to curing reaction, where the composition comprises a polymerizable compound (A) and a copolymerization monomer (B). The high polymer functional film has a cavity volume fraction of 0.6% or more and 3.0% or less. |
