PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamber oven type coke oven structure in which protrusion to an outside of a bellows part end part refractory that generates even in an initial operation of a coke oven is prevented, and a breakage of a spalling resultant that generates on a bellows part end part refractory surface can be prevented.SOLUTION: A chamber oven type coke oven structure includes a bearing member 21 that supports an end part refractory from an outside in a conservation necessary bellows part region between a coal chamber 1 of an oven longitudinal direction end part of a chamber oven type coke oven and a regenerator 3, and the bearing member 21 is retained by backstays 4 of both sides. Herewith, protrusion to an outside of a bellows part end part refractory can be prevented. Moreover, in the conservation necessary bellows part region, a refractory that exposes to an end part is made an argillaceous brick or a high alumina-based brick 23, and further an adiabatic material layer 24 is disposed on a surface of the refractory according to need. Herewith, a breakage of a spalling resultant that generates at a bellows part end part refractory surface can be prevented. |
