PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that appropriately presents a user with an image related to a repair request.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus acquires a receivable time that is a time period during which a request destination of a request related to the image forming apparatus can receive the request; determines if the current time is within the receivable time or out of the receivable time; displays a request object for receiving an operation of the request; receives the operation to the request object to transmit the request to the request destination; when the current time is within the receivable time, displays the request object while allowing reception of the operation of the request; and when the current time is out of the receivable time, changes the display of the request object so that the current time can be identified to be out of the receivable time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
