An optical modulation device comprises: a first plate including a plurality of first lower plate electrodes; a second plate including at least one upper electrode and facing the first plate; a liquid crystal layer including a plurality of liquid crystal molecules and positioned between the first and second plates; and a first resistor row including a plurality of first resistors, distributing voltage through the first resistors, and applying the voltage to the first lower plate electrodes. The optical modulation device can form the diffraction angle of various lights by controlling the diffraction direction of liquid crystal molecule.
