摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a rotor core which easily changes a discharge direction in a rotary electric machine which discharges a coolant from a rotor to the radial outer side.SOLUTION: A rotor 14 includes: a rotor shaft 30; and a rotor core part 18 attached to a core attachment part 34 of the rotor shaft 30. A coolant passage 38 in which a coolant flows is formed in the rotor core part 18. The coolant passage 38 opens at a coolant discharge port 44 located on an end surface of the rotor core part 18. A support part 48 and a coolant guide piece 50 are separately provided at an end of the core attachment part 34 when viewed in a rotation axis line direction. The support part 48 supports the rotor core part 18 in the rotation axis line direction. The coolant guide piece 50 is positioned so as to be spaced away from the end surface of the rotor core part 18 and correspond to the coolant discharge port 44. Changing the shape of the coolant guide piece 50 may change a discharge direction of the coolant without affecting the support part 48.
