PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet that does not cause deterioration in degreasing properties, chemical convertibility, and adhesiveness even after the elapse of a long time after manufacturing an aluminum alloy sheet for an automobile panel and the like.SOLUTION: A surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet comprises an aluminum alloy sheet 1 containing 0.2-1.5 mass% magnesium and an oxide film 2 formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy sheet 1. In the oxide film 2, the film thickness is 1-30 nm, the concentration of magnesium is 1-20 atom%, the concentration of zirconium is 0.2-10 atom%, and the concentrations of halogen and phosphorus are respectively less than 0.1 atom%. The aluminum alloy sheet is heated to 480-580°C and then cooled in a zirconium nitrate aqueous solution to manufacture the surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet. |
