The recess end part (2) has a base body (8) for covering a gap (7) between a recess ceiling (4) and an installation equipment (6). An opening is provided in the base body for receiving a holding element e.g. screw (30), which fixes the base body at the recess ceiling. The opening is formed to hold the holding element in the opening in a position and not to fix the holding element at the recess ceiling. The screw is threaded into the recess ceiling along screwing direction. The base body is formed as a plastic injection molded part.
