The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a touch screen panel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of fabricating a touch screen panel, which includes the steps of: (S1) cutting a separation layer and a touch sensing pattern layer sequentially laminated on a carrier substrate to a predetermined size; and (S2) delaminating the lamination structure of the separation layer and the touch sensing pattern layer from a carrier substrate while bonding an optically functional film onto the touch sensing pattern layer using a rounded base having the optically functional film attached to the surface thereof, and the touch screen panel fabricated through the method. The touch sensing pattern can be easily transferred to the optically functional film so that a thin film can be realized. In addition, bonding and delamination processes are simultaneously performed, so that the process efficiency can be remarkably increased. The lamination process can be stably performed on a carrier substrate, thereby significantly reducing the failure rate of a manufactured product.
