The present invention relates to an automatic waste water treatment system capable of significantly improving filter backwash efficiency by selectively changing a backwash area. The automatic waste water treatment system includes: a waste water treatment device which performs waste water purification using a filter tank including a plurality of filters for purifying waste water repeatedly while being stored in multiple layers horizontally or vertically; a waste water treatment control device which is connected to the waste water treatment device through a short range communication network and monitors and controls the operation state of the waste water treatment device; and at least one mobile terminal which is inter-connected to the waste water treatment control device through a long range communication network and monitors and controls the operation state of the waste water treatment device under the relay of the waste water treatment control device.
