PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopper device for a rotary press capable of smoothly folding a signature.SOLUTION: A pair of groove members (17, 18) for guiding a signature (a) are provided inside a groove (13a) in a chopper table (13), in which the signature (a) is pushed by a chopper blade (15). A plurality of curved faces (17a, 17b, 17c, 17d, 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) of different curvatures are formed on the circumferences of the corresponding groove members (17, 18) so as to be connected smoothly in a circumferential direction. Each groove member is supported by a bearing member so as to be turnably adjustable. The bearing members of the pair of groove members are attached to the frame of the chopper device (11) via a feed screw rod that increases or decreases the interval between the groove members. |
