Binding agent mixture comprises 1.5-15.0 wt.% Portland cement, 20-97.2 wt.% granulated slag, 0.1-5 wt.% calcium formate, 0.1-5 wt.% hydrated lime, and 0.1-5 wt.% starter mixture comprising amorphous, anhydrous calcium aluminate with an oxidic composition of calcium oxide, aluminum oxide and sulfur trioxide. The mass ratio of the calcium formate, starter mixture and hydrated lime is such that none of the three components is present more than three times with respect to the other two components. An independent claim is also included for a dry mortar composition comprising the above mentioned binding agent mixture in an amount of 10-80 wt.% and 20-90 wt.% stone aggregates, preferably quartz sand. |
