The present invention relates to a regenerative additive for cold-mix recycled asphalt, which comprises a polymeric modifier, carbon black, a cationic surfactant, and water. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a recycled asphalt composition which includes the regenerative additive and comprises waste asphalt concrete-derived recycled aggregate, emulsified asphalt, a green binder, and a sulfate-based stimulating agent. According to the present invention, the recycled asphalt composition includes the regenerative additive for cold-mix recycled asphalt to securely maintain the binding force of recycled asphalt, and prevents the exfoliation of particles caused by friction to increase the long-term safety of the recycled asphalt. In addition, the recycled asphalt composition enhances the tensile strength, elasticity, and wear resistance of the recycled asphalt, and thus can enhance resistance to wheels and resistance to other possible external stress. |
