PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable harvesting machine which can avoid adhesion of mud and cut the fibrous roots at the bottom edge of the root vegetable successfully.SOLUTION: The harvesting machine is provided with a rotary blade 31 which cuts the fibrous roots at the bottom edge of a root vegetable a lifted and transported in a hung posture from a field by rotating around a lateral shaft center in the machine body and a guidance part 32 which is located in the outer periphery of a movement route of the a rotary blade 31 and guides the bottom edge of the transported root vegetable a to the rotary blade 31 and regulates the inserted length of the bottom edge of the root vegetable into the rotary blade movement route. A guidance part 32 includes a rotation guide member 33 which rotates around the shaft center lateral in the machine body. |
