The disclosure is to provide an inkjet printer capable of improving the efficiency of heating of a platen by a heater as compared to that in the related art. An inkjet printer of the disclosure includes as a means for resolution: a print platen 31 that is configured to have a supporting surface 31a for supporting a recording medium onto which a recording head ejects ink, and a plurality of through-holes 31b formed in the supporting surface 31a; a print heater 32 that is configured to heat the print platen 31; a fan 33 that is configured to produce a flow of gas, existing on the supporting surface 31a side with respect to the through-holes 31b, through the through-holes 31b; and sheets 34 that are configured to be able to cover at least a part of the supporting surface 31a, thereby shielding at least a part of the plurality of through-holes 31b, and be able to change an area to cover the supporting surface 31a. |
