The device has clamping jaw force-locking connected with traction unit to transmit generated pulling force of drive unit on traction unit. A clamping region is arranged between clamping jaw and counter pressure element. The clamping jaw is provided with clamping groove whose longitudinal axis is extended parallel to longitudinal axis of traction unit, when groove is located in clamping region. The clearance groove is formed in partial region of clamping groove, whose longitudinal axis is extended parallel to longitudinal axis of clamping groove. An independent claim is included for arrangement for drawing traction unit.
