The present invention relates to a flexible and electrically conductive line, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the manufacturing method enables a more precise winding operation by winding or tying a conductive thread with a non-stretch linear thread to configure a conductive line stretched in a longitudinal direction to ensure electrical stability, stretch quality, simplify a manufacturing process, and lower manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the stretchable conductive line configured to contract and expand in a longitudinal direction comprises: a shape maintaining thread made of a linear thread; one or more conductive threads formed as conductive linear lines and arranged with the shape maintaining thread. The conductive threads are wound or tied to an exterior of the shape maintaining thread. The shape maintaining thread is arranged in a longitudinal direction of the conductive yarns and includes a first free end arranged adjacent to an end of the conductive threads, and a second end arranged adjacent to the other end of the conductive threads; thereby not being restricted by the conductive threads. The stretchable conductive line has a structure including the conductive threads wound on the non-stretch shape maintaining thread to prevent the shape maintaining thread from being stretched out even when a tensile force is applied during a manufacturing process to enhance electrical stability, and stretch quality by winding the conductive threads at a precise pitch. The manufacturing costs can also be reduced by winding the conductive threads and outer cover thread on an exterior of a relatively cheap non-stretch shape maintaining thread. |
