PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction conversion assist device capable of maintaining direction conversion performance without deteriorating it even in a propeller stop condition, in an outboard engine ship or an inboard-outdrive engine.SOLUTION: A rudder plate unit includes a cylindrical guide cover 2 for attachment, and a rudder plate 1 that is integrated with the guide cover 2. The rudder plate unit is attached to an outboard engine or an inboard-outdrive engine. Thus, the unit enables direction conversion of a ship during coasting traveling even in a propeller stop condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
