The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a low temperature soldering flux which can bond commercial metals like aluminum wherein bonding of an aluminum thin plate was impossible to achieve due to melting of a base metal by a prior aluminum blazing method. As a desperate method, fluoroboric cadmium imported from abroad has been used once, but was judged to be a top-level carcinogenic substance. People eating fishes contaminated by fluoroboric cadmium in the sea near Japan complain of Itai-Itai disease pain; thereby usage of fluoroboric cadmium is prohibited around the globe. In correspondence to the same, the present invention facilitates welding of not only aluminum but also duralumin and commercial metals like copper, brass, zinc, iron, and stainless steel by synthesizing and using flux designed with triethanolamine (TEA), urea, fluoroboric acid, zinc fluoroborate solution and ammonium fluoroborate. The flux of the present invention combines low corrosion, low pollution and low melting, thereby contributing the aluminum industry. Moreover, soft wire solder is not prohibited in advanced countries but is currently flooded in the Korean market. The present invention contributes to the development of the aluminum industry by releasing a tinning line (Sn) by inserting flux of the present invention to tin (Sn). |
