The present invention relates to bioplastic containing a biomass filler and a production method thereof. The bioplastic of the present invention contains: a biomass filler which is modified by a covalent bond between an alcohol group contained in biomass and a carbonyl carbon contained in vegetable oil; and plastic. The bioplastic can have strong interfacial coherence between the biomass filler and a plastic matrix. Thus, it is possible to provide the bioplastic exhibiting an excellent performance required in real life.
