PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating Cd containing wastewater capable of reducing the concentration of Cd in the wastewater without increasing the amount of slime while minimizing the consumption of a neutralizer.SOLUTION: In a method of removing Cd from Cd containing wastewater containing Cd and Zn, a method of treating the Cd containing wastewater has a process of adjusting a pH value of the Cd containing wastewater to at least 8.5, a process of stirring and standing the pH adjusted Cd containing wastewater to generate slurry, a process of filtering the stirred and stood Cd containing wastewater to collect the slurry to obtain a treated liquid after treating the Cd containing wastewater, and a step of repeating the addition of the collected slurry to the Cd containing wastewater of the pH value adjusted to at least 8.5. |
