PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply capable of reducing useless power consumption caused by self discharge of a secondary battery, etc.SOLUTION: Power from a commercial power supply is supplied to an input terminal. An electric load is connected to an output terminal. A power storage device is charged by power supplied from the input terminal. The power storage device supplies power to the output terminal. A controller monitors a voltage applied from the commercial power to the input terminal and a charging state of the storage device. At least one of primary battery among a plurality of primary batteries becomes an operation state in which power can be supplied to the output terminal on the basis of a monitor result. An operation of the primary battery which becomes the operation state is determined whether it is good or bad, and when the operation is bad, another primary battery becomes the operation state. |
