PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper which is excellent in durability while simultaneously achieving two functions which conflict with each other for supporting a voice coil and faithfully vibrating the voice coil in an axis direction according to an input signal.SOLUTION: In order to elastically support a voice coil 4 of a speaker 1 including: a frame 2; a magnetic circuit 3 which has a magnetic gap in the surroundings of an axis line and is supported by the frame 2; a diaphragm 5 and the voice coil 4 connected with each other; and an oscillation system member in which the end of the diaphragm 5 is fixed to the frame 2, and the voice coil 4 is arranged in the magnetic gap so as to be oscillatable in the axis direction, in a damper 6 of which the outer peripheral end is fixed to the frame 2, and the inner peripheral end is fixed to the voice coil 4, respectively, a plurality of notches 6a which extend in the circumferential direction on one circumferential line centering on the axis line are provided. |
