PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in visibility when the front of a reel is shielded.SOLUTION: A game machine comprises: a first light source that is able to emit light from inside each reel; a second light source different from the first light source; second light emission control means that controls the second light source; a shielding member having a light transmission part through which light from the second light source can be transmitted toward a player, and capable of shielding part of a pattern display area; and alternation control means that executes alteration control such that a non-shielded range of the pattern display area, which is not shielded by the shielding member, is altered. The second light emission control means is used for causing the second light source to emit light when the shielding member shields part of the pattern display area. In a case where, among a plurality of reels to be shielded, if there are two or more reels to be shielded, which are rotating but have not been accepted in terms of the stopping operation, the alteration control means exerts alteration control such that non-shielding ranges of at least two rotating reels to be shielded are different from each other. |
