PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of preventing the damage of its carbon heater.SOLUTION: A continuous rice cooking apparatus 1 which is a heating cooker includes: a rice cooking pot 2 to be a container to be heated; a conveying means 31 for moving the rice cooking pot 2 in the conveyor direction; a carbon heater 3 placed under the moving range of the rice cooking pot 2 to heat the rice cooking pot 2; a reflection bottom plate 42 put below the carbon heater 3 to reflect infrared rays from the carbon heater 3 toward the rice cooking pot 2; and a carbon heater guard net 81 arranged at a position below the moving range of the rice cooking pot 2 and above the carbon heater 3. |
