The present invention relates to a method for proliferating influenza viruses comprising the following steps: infecting culture cells with influenza viruses; adding a compound which can improve the proliferation of viruses to a culture medium; and culturing the influenza virus infected cells. The present invention also relates to a method for producing vaccines against the influenza viruses by isolating and purifying the influenza viruses, massively proliferated using the proliferation method. According to the present invention, the method for proliferating influenza viruses enables a user to efficiently proliferate and obtain the influenza viruses infecting the culture cells, and thus is an economic process, thereby being able to be applied to produce the vaccines against the influenza viruses.
