Provided are an image processing apparatus for generating an image in which fine movements of a target object are amplified, an ultrasonic apparatus including the same, and a control method thereof. The image processing apparatus according an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a weighted value application unit for increasing a difference by applying a first weighted value to a second imaginary number component, if the difference between a first imaginary number component of a first frame image and a second imaginary number component of a second frame image adjacent to the first frame image is less than or equal to a first threshold value; and an image generation unit for generating a movement amplification image, in which movements of interest corresponding to the increased difference are amplified, by using the first frame image and the second frame image to which the weighted value is applied. The ultrasonic apparatus is small, inexpensive, and highly secured.
