PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce capacity for holding path information in a network management system.SOLUTION: A network management system includes: path information holding means for holding an active path in each layer and one representative alternative path having a small number of sections that are in common with the active path as routing information for each path between a leading device and a terminating device in a network; and determining means for discriminating, by indicating a stop device that stops in the network, whether a stop section including the stop device in the active path and the representative alternative path of each piece of path information stored in the path information holding means, and determining influence due to the stop device. |
