PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system which can avoid or ease the inconvenience of not being able to use hot water, even if an abnormality occurs in a heat source machine.SOLUTION: A hot water supply system 1 includes a heat source machine 2, a hot water storage tank 3 which stores hot water made by being heated by the heat source machine 2, a hot water supply path 4 which introduce the hot water in the hot water storage tank 3 to a supply destination, a hot water supply temperature reduction width setting means 51 which sets the reduction width &Dgr;T of hot water supply temperature to the supply destination in an emergency mode executed in a time of emergency when an abnormality occurs in the hot water supply system 1, and at least one of a water introduction means 32 which introduces water in the hot water storage tank 3 according to the reduction width &Dgr;T, and a water mixing means 42 which mixes water to the hot water in the hot water supply path 4 according to the reduction width &Dgr;T. |
