[Problem] In leg gathers which enclose a non-liquid-permeable film, to reduce a non-woven fabric usage quantity while alleviating degradation of texture. [Solution] The problem is solved by an underpants-type disposable diaper which is configured such that: leg gathers (60) comprise inner side non-woven fabric layers (61) which configure a width direction inner side surface, outer side non-woven fabric layers (62) which configure a width direction outer side surface, gather elastic stretch members (63) which are disposed along the fore-aft direction in the middle part in the fore-aft direction at least between the inner side non-woven fabric layers (61) and the outer side non-woven fabric layers (62) of leading end parts, and non-liquid-permeable films (64) which span ranges from base ends to sites which are closer to the leading end sides than the base ends, and which are sandwiched between the inner side non-woven fabric layers (61) and the outer side non-woven fabric layers (62); and portions in the leg gathers (60) which have the non-liquid-permeable films (64) and which are nearer the base end sides than the leading end sides are made to be non-woven fabric absent portions (65) which span the entirety of the leg gathers (60) in the fore-aft direction, and in which the inner side non-woven fabric layers (61) are absent and the non-liquid-permeable films (64) are exposed. |
